Danger sites and out of hours working Saturday Between 2-3pm 28th June 2003
builders are still ignoring simple health and safety requirements by failing to secure sites out of hours
There have also been many complaints about work being undertaken out of normal working hours
The enforcement officer of the district council has been investigating out of hours working, but is not having any effect
I have contacted the health and safety executive to raise the issue of unsafe sites
All activity connection with the normal working of the development will occur between the hours of 07 .30 - 18.00 hours Monday to Friday, 07 .30- 13.00 hours on Saturdays. No works shall occur on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
