Blocked Roads must stop!

Nearly every night of the week there are items put across the road that leads down the The Vine School.

Items are being moved from the building equipment and placed across the whole width of the road.

This is illegal under the Road Traffic Act and causes concern for peoples safety that use the road. If you know who is doing it, then please let me know so I can put a stop to this dangerous behaviour.
