Had a reply this morning from Potterton, as you will read pass the blame yet again!!! Although they agree they have some failures they won't tell me how many or what they are doing to fix the issues!!!

Anyway, I intend to use this letter and the British Gas letter to send to 24/7 for comment. We know there is a problem with the electricity supply in Cambourne lets try once more to apply some pressure!!!
