Cambourne-based pop-up pizzeria serves up fresh pizza cooked in under 2 minutes
4th February 2017 saw the launch of 400° Pizzeria, a pop-up pizzeria serving up fresh pizza at parties and events.
Sam Corban, a stay-at-home dad based in Cambourne, South Cambridgeshire, launched the pizzeria with the help of his long-suffering girlfriend Nic and 1 year old Erin. Having worked with food businesses for the past four years, his love of pizza finally inspired him to launch his own pop-up pizzeria, which will cater for parties of 4 to 80 from a 3x2m gazebo.
Using Italian ’00’ grade flour to make a light dough, the pizzas are hand stretched and topped with an Italian tomato sauce. Each pizza is specially crafted to order and cooks in just 90 seconds in the 400°C stone oven.
Corban believes the business will bring fresh, stone-baked pizza to food lovers of Cambourne and beyond in the comfort of their own home.
400° Pizzeria is available for parties and private catering in Cambridgeshire and will be appearing at upcoming markets and events in the area.
