The Great Cambourne sports pavillion was formally opened on 20th August 2011

Well done to all involved and thanks to Clayton Hudson for driving this much needed facility through on budget and on time.

The building on 2 floors has 4 changing rooms, an officials changing room, a large club room with a a balcony, bar and kitchen.

It also has a secure storage area for Parish Council maintenance equipment

The buiilding cost £500,000, £300,000 from the Parish Council funds, the developers paid £175,000 as a contribution to the second of three pavilions they are required to provide. And a grant from South Cambs DC for £25,000
