The centre is not now available for hire to groups and businesses, it is 10.55 mtrs x 5.05 mtrs, (approximately 25% bigger than one room in the Ark). it has wooden laminate polished floor, at least 40 chairs, 3 folding trestle tables
There is a separate storage container with cabinets, drawers and shelving
The Lancaster Centre was originally used for home sale promotions in Cambourne
It has its own car park and is located just adjacent to the A428 slip road on Cambourne Road, the entrance road to Cambourne, post code is CB3 8LA. It was formally known as the Concept Centre. The centre is being used regularly weekday mornings and two afternoons for a pre school group in term time.

EMAIL BOOKING ENQUIRY


All hirers must fill in a booking form, payment should accompany the booking form NO BOOKING CAN BE FULLY CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE. An invoice can be provided if necessary.
If you need to cancel your booking please give 4 weeks notice. No refunds will be offered for commercial bookings.

A refundable deposit of £25 is required when you collect the key for any event involving food to ensure the room is clean and rubbish removed

If there are any problems caused by previous users, please let us know asap


Hire Costs
All charges are per hour.
Each booking is classified as one of three types. Always at the discretion of the booking officer.
1) Community - all non profit making local groups.
2) Semi Commercial - any group that charges to make an income, normally for one individual, examples aerobics, dance, fitness. Also to include commercial organizations arranging events or meetings that may involve some community benefits.
3) Commercial - any business use, or any organization that charges fees that are collected towards the profits of that organization.

Before 1800 hrs Community £6, semi commercial £7.50, commercial £15
After 1800 hrs Community £7, semi commercial £9, commercial £15
