Broad Street residents affected by the new construction site should note that planning permission sprecifically says no construction/works should start before 08-00 daily.
No work after 6pm weekdays or after 1pm Saturdays, no work on Sundays or bank holidays.
Whenever possible there will be notification here for any approved late working requests.
This does not mean in an uncontrolled way, if you are disturbed by out of hours work, still report it.
WORKING HOURS
All activity connection with the normal working of the development will occur between the
hours of 07 .30 - 18.00 hours Monday to Friday, 07 .30- 13.00 hours on Saturdays. No works shall occur
on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Any exceptions to the above will require express approval by the Cambourne Company Management.
However, nothing herein shall have the effect of restricting the use of completed houses for
sales purposes or operations necessary in the event of emergency
