Olympians: This session is a perfect introduction to athletics based movement, whilst building confidence in a fun and engaging environment full of activity which promotes teamwork and competition whilst enhancing social interaction skills. Parent participation may be required initially to support the child until the child is familiar with the session and able to act upon instruction from the coach.
This session forms the basic building blocks to move onto the UKA Academy Awards programme.
