Modo, how we go about things, living life and achieving things. Through practicing poses, breathing techniques and learning to find stillness, yoga restores the balance between mind and body.

Over time, yoga can improve posture, increase suppleness, improve the mobility and health of joints and enhance ability to breathe well – increasing energy levels and zest for life.
It can also help alleviate stress and anxiety over time.

Yoga Modo, Rebecca offers a range of local yoga classes in Cambourne that are suitable for everyone – from the dynamic styles  that so many of us enjoy to the stillness of Yin and Restorative Yoga.
Each the complement of the other, nourishing the whole body while developing a mindfulness practice. Beginners, improvers and old-hands all welcome.
