Bourn Windmill Open Afternoon with Homemade Cakes and Tours
Step inside this 17th century open trestle post mill and enjoy the lovely countryside around it.
A chance to see inside one of the oldest post mills in the country with our volunteer guides.

Saturday, 11 May 2019 & Sunday, 12 May 2019
Tours run from: 2.00 - 4.00pm.

The windmill can be easily reached from Cambourne Wildlife Park, on the footpath near Crow Hill.
It takes just a few minutes walk through some farmland to reach the mill on foot.

Cyclists and other road users can access the windmill which is between Caxton and Bourn, on Bourn Road in Caxton.
On open afternoons it is clearly signposted. There is a small car park provided for visitors.

In 2019 the windmill is also open afternoons on: Sunday, 30 June, Sunday, 28 July, Sunday, 18 August, Sunday, 15 September.

If you would like to help out as a volunteer, serving teas or guiding, do contact us.
You will receive training if you wanted to help with guided tours.
